1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Truck Metrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app or website.

2. Description of Service

Truck Metrics provides a manual tracking tool for truck drivers. You enter your own data — such as driving hours, mileage, earnings, and route notes — into the app. We do not track your location, GPS routes, or addresses automatically. We may update or change features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Truck Metrics for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

5. User-Generated Content and Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Truck Metrics allows users to create and share content, including chat messages, job postings, and job applications ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using Truck Metrics, you agree that you will not create, post, upload, or share any content, and will not engage in any behavior, that is:

• offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or bullying;
• hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
• sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic;
• violent or promoting self-harm;
• defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or spam;
• unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others.

You also agree not to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users.

Reporting and blocking. Every user can report objectionable content or abusive users directly in the app, and can block other users to stop receiving their messages. We review all reports.

Enforcement. We will act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours by removing the offending content and suspending or permanently terminating the account of the user who provided it. We may remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for a violation of these Terms.

By registering for or using Truck Metrics, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as a condition of using the service.

6. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you manually enter into Truck Metrics. The app is provided as a tool to assist you and does not replace legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Truck Metrics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
